The purpose of this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to inform users of the Site that:

Coaching Data Collected in a Non-Automatic Way

For clients receiving coaching services, we collect the following information manually as notes:

  • Priorities/Goals

  • Thoughts/Beliefs

  • Emotions/Feelings

  • Behaviors/Actions

How I Use Personal Data

I will only use the data collected on this Site for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or showed on the relevant pages of the Site. I will not use your data beyond what I disclose in this Privacy Policy.

I use the data I collect automatically for webpage statistics and SEO analytics.

I use the non-automatic collected data to communicate the positive learnings, inspired actions, and strategic action plans for the coaching and non-coaching services offered through the Site.

Who I Share Personal Data With

The owner/data controller discloses user data to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Kent Smith and Agape Therapeutic does not sell or share user data with other third parties, except in the following cases:
